Punchy’s Easy Macaroni & Ground Beef

 1-2 lbs. ground beef/brown and drain

*I always season beef with Nature’s 

Seasons

1large onion/dice 

and brown

1 16oz. box macaroni

 *cook according to directions, but reduce time by 2-3 minutes

Reserve 2-3 cups of pasta water, then drain

Combine beef, onions, & macaroni  

Add 2-3 cans of Campbell’s Tomato Soup to mixture with 1 cup of the pasta water…stir all ingredients to combine and simmer for 10-15 minutes. You can add more pasta water to obtain the consistency you like. We like a lot of sauce!

Season with salt and pepper and 2 TBSP of butter as you simmer

RESIST the idea of adding other spices…this will spoil the basic & easy flavor of the dish!

*Bob’s Mother made this pasta dish frequently for the family (8 children). If the recipe is too large for your family, it’s easy to reduce in half or less.
