Aunt Jo’s Lemon Pie with Cherry Topping

Super easy, fast, & delicious!

1- oversized Graham Cracker crust

1- 21 oz. can of Cherry Pie Filling

2- cans of Eagle Brand Milk

4- egg yolks…room temp.

1- cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice (regular lemons are fine, but Meyer lemons are fabulous!)

1- TBsp of lemon zest

Mix ingredients until they thicken

Pour into pie crust

Cook @ 350º for 15-20 minutes

Let it cool for 30 minutes then…
Top around outside edge of pie with cherry pie filling and add a “dollop” in the middle!

Pretty!
