On Sunday, December 8th, 2024 the Simpsonville Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Simpsonville will proudly host Simpsonville’s Christmas Parade, This year’s event will feature an overall theme: Christmas Through the Decades and awards for the best entries. 

All local businesses and community groups are invited to be a part of the parade by entering a decorated float, performance group, or vehicle in keeping with this year’s theme: Christmas Through the Decades. 

The 2024 parade route will run north to south along N.E. & S.E. Main Street through downtown Simpsonville. The official starting point for the parade will be on N.E. Main Street at S. Pliney Circle. The end point will be on S.E. Main Street at Loma Street. The line-up and staging area will begin at the intersection of N.E. Main Street and HWY 14 and all entries should enter from that point once the road is officially closed by SPD officers. A map of the route and full instructions will be emailed closer to the event date.  

Each entry should choose their favorite decade and decorate to the theme of that decade.  The interpretation of the theme is up to each individual entrant; we require that each entrant MUST be decorated to the best of their ability.  2024 AWARDS Awards will be given to the first, second, and third place winners of the People’s Choice Award. Entries that opt into the judged contest will be included on the ballot for public voting. Spectators will be able to vote online during and after the parade.
