The Fork Shoals Christ-mas Parade is always held at 3:00 on the 1st Sunday after Thanksgiving. This is the 1st parade of the season. There is no better way to get in the Christmas spirit! 

The parade route begins at Fork Shoals School, pro-ceeds through downtown Fork Shoals and ends at Ce-dar Falls Park. The route is approximately a mile long and downhill most of the way. For parade partici-pants, please arrive at 2:00 on Dec 1 at Fork Shoals School, 916 McKelvey Rd. We welcome new-bies and old timers. The more outlandish the better! You will be as-signed a place in line and sign a liability waiver. All modes of transportation are welcome - walkers, golf carts, tractors, cars and trucks, horses, cam-els, helicopters, etc. Your optional price of admis-sion is to bring bags of candy to throw out to the kids along the route. Santa will be at the Yum Yum Snack Shop and Cedar Falls Park. Come join us! It’s the funnest parade ever!
