Summer is in full swing, but the Fountain Inn Gaden Club is already beginning fall projects as we fill the planters at Fountain Inn Elementary School and at Fountain Inn High School! We will be working on a Butterfly Garden project at FIES in memory of Joan Wilson and will be having a dedication event later this fall.

Our first meeting will be September 7 so if anyone is interested in attending one of our meetings to learn more…get in touch! We welcome you!

Also, our club is spearheading an exciting upcoming Fall event, The Pumpkin Parade, at Kilgore-Lewis House throughout the grounds will be on October 26. The kids - big and small- will so enjoy it! 

Congratulations to Ella Miskelly, a 4th grader at FIES who won the Fairy Garden created by 

FIGC member, Felicia Armes! This was a prize given at our 70th Anniversary this summer, June 20, 2024
