As the City of Fountain Inn experiences tremendous growth, so does its gas department, Fountain Inn Natural Gas.  Founded in 1954 to serve the residents and businesses of Fountain Inn, it has grown very rapidly in the past few years to reach the 10,000 customers mark this Spring.

To celebrate this major milestone Mrs. Tara Gouin, who recently moved into the service area, was selected as the 10,000th customer. Mayor GP McLeer, Jr., City Administrator Shawn Bell, and Gas Director Eduardo Noriega welcomed Mrs. Gouin and her son Brayden who recently finished the school year at Fountain Inn Elementary.  Mrs. Gouin and family are from Rhode Island and are very excited to be a resident of the City of Fountain Inn and look forward to all the activities offered here.
