As we prepare to print our April edition, I'd like to share some interesting and exciting events April has blessed us with.

First of all, the Pittsburgh Pirates are 5-0 undefeated and in first place … Beat ‘em Bucs. What a fantastic start. We are planning to see the Pirates play this summer. I hope they keep up their winning ways.

The Masters Golf Tournament starts this Thursday April 11 and concludes on Sunday April 14. What an exciting event to be able to attend. Sunday at the Masters is a fantastic experience. With the leaders on the tee, and everything on the line, my favorite viewing area is the fairway on No. 1. Most of the crowd gathers at the tee and green leaving us a view of the players up-close hitting their second shots to the green. After the leaders have teed off, we head to Amen Corner and concessions for that Egg Salad, Ham & Cheese, Bar-B-Oue or Pimento Cheese menu. It is all delicious and very reasonable.
