In the Mauldin city Council runoff the totals are in. Frank Allgood has unseated a long-time call Councilman DALE BLACK. The unofficial l totals are 620 to 510. There are a few absentee ballots that need to be counted but it’s unlikely that the total would change the outcome. 

Dale Black was the longest serving councilmember. Mr. Frank Allgood has lived in Mauldin since childhood. Allgood is currently Vice President of Relationship Development at Your Marketing Company, which serves Credit Unions across the country.

Allgood will be sworn in in January 2022.
