The Larry M. Greer Foundation invites you to the 1st Annual Larry M. Greer Charity Invitational! Join us for a day to celebrate Larry’s favorite sport on a beautiful fall golf outing day in October at Green Valley Country Club in Greenville, S.C. Situated in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and meandering through the natural terrain of the Reedy River Valley, Green Valley Country Club’s course was designed in 1958 by the world-renowned architect, George Cobb. Today, the 18 spectacular holes are played by top professionals from all over the world and has recently been host to the Korn Ferry’s BMW Pro-Am Golf Tournament. 

You will arrive early on Wednesday, October 6th for a memorable Player Registration followed by a Larry Greer signature Bloody Mary Breakfast and a pre-game “tune-up” conducted on the Range by Head Professional Preston Harris and 4-time Guinness Book of Records One Club Champion, Thad Daber. Then it will be on to your assigned tee to play a four-person Modified Scramble or what is sometimes referred to as a “Shamble”. Drinks will be flowing throughout the round in true “Greer” style……. finally, join us for a true Larry Greer Grilling on the Green cookout and awards ceremony after your round of golf.
