The South Carolina Breakfast Club is a group of pilots, their families, and friends, who meet every other Sunday for breakfast.

The breakfasts are hosted by different airports all across the state.  Typically, when the weather is good state-wide, airplanes from all over South Carolina will fly in.

The weather was all sunshine and clear skies on Sunday, March 29th, and the hosting airport was the only airport on the schedule not in South Carolina:  Salisbury, North Carolina.

About forty airplanes came pouring in!

Becoming a member of the South Carolina Breakfast Club is not too difficult:  show up once, and you are a lifetime member.  There are no dues, and no by-laws.  Pilots and company fly in for a good breakfast, to see old friends, meet new friends, talk about flying, and enjoy the day.

The people who put on the breakfast at Salisbury Airport really outdid themselves:  biscuits and gravy, eggs, grits, and more were on the menu, and it all tasted great!
