Champions Emerge at Mauldin Cultural Center’s 15th Annual BBQ Cook-Off

MAULDIN, SC — The smoky aroma of brisket and pulled pork filled the air on September 12 and 13 as the Mauldin Cultural Center hosted the 15th Annual SOOIE BBQ Cook-Off, presented by South Carolina Federal Credit Union. The weekend delivered a perfect mix of live music, mouthwatering barbecue, and family-friendly fun.

S1156-1.jpgThe two-day competition brought together more than 2,500 attendees and 25 cook teams from across the Southeast, all vying for top honors in categories including Pulled Pork, Ribs, Brisket, "Anything Butt," and the coveted People’s Choice Award.
